About The Waxing Goddess...

After many years in the legal field and raising a family, I searched for a career that I truly loved and was not stressful. In 2004 I found exactly what I was looking for, and went back to school to become a licensed aesthetician. I received my formal training at Lu Ross Academy in Ventura, CA. Having graduated at the top of my class, I was eager to start my career. I took the traditional route and went to work at a salon in Ventura. Much to my dismay, I found the aesthetic rooms cramped, hot, and uninviting, and the waxing products were substandard. I quickly realized I could create something better on my own. And so I did.

In 2005, I opened The Waxing Goddess Body Waxing Salon in Westlake Village, CA. I was determined to create a beautiful and relaxing - yes, relaxing - waxing environment for my clients, as well as myself. I researched and found the best waxing products on the market imported from Paris, France, and essential oils to provide something different in the world of waxing. Soft music and gentle conversation added to the ambience and allowed my clients to relax. I quickly realized I was on to something from the positive response from my clients, thanking me for such a wonderful waxing experience. And yes, I truly love what I do!

Specializing in waxing has given me the experience, knowledge and skill to provide a service that meets my high standards. I provide all the services myself to ensure my clients receive the same quality service each and every time.
